1. Who processes the data

2. What the site collects
The site apexconsulting.kz has no forms. Google Analytics is used for visit statistics: it sets cookies and receives anonymised data about the visit (pages, referral source, device type, approximate region) and about clicks on the WhatsApp, Telegram and phone buttons. It does not receive your name, phone number or message text. You can turn it off in your browser settings or with the Google Analytics Opt-out extension. Answers on the “Project readiness check” page are not sent or stored: they stay in your browser until you send them yourself as a message.
3. What data we receive and why
Data reaches us when you write on WhatsApp or Telegram, call or email: name, phone number, email address, information about the company and project that you provide yourself. We use it to reply, hold a consultation, prepare a commercial offer and, once a contract is signed, deliver the service.
4. Who we share it with
Data is not sold or shared with third parties for advertising. It may be passed on only as part of the service with your consent (for example, to a bank, fund or state body together with the project documents) and in cases expressly required by law. Correspondence is stored by WhatsApp, Telegram and email services under their own rules.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are kept no longer than one year from the last message. Contract data is kept for the term of the contract and five years after it is fulfilled, as accounting and tax legislation requires.
6. Your rights
You may ask what data we hold about you, demand its correction or deletion, and withdraw consent to processing. Write to info@apexconsulting.kz. We reply within 15 working days. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal or obligations under a contract already signed.
7. How we protect it
Only the staff working on a project have access to client correspondence and documents. Project documents are stored in accounts with two-factor protection and are not published; the cases on the site use only the details the client has agreed to.
8. Changes
A new version is published on this page with its date. By continuing to contact us after publication you accept it.
